I- PAYMENTS

II- CANCEL / TRANSFER
1-Although the Agency has shown all due diligence, the obstacle to the start or continuation of the trip; no cancellation of the required number of passengers and / or cancellation or cancellation of the trip due to adverse weather conditions, road obstacles, strikes, terror, fog, the possibility of war, unpredictable technical considerations and all force majeure. 2- When the consumer requests cancellation until 15 days before the commencement of the service, the entire amount paid shall be returned to him.
B- If the consumer cancels the contract 15-7 days before the start of the service, it agrees and undertakes to pay 35% of the cost of the trip and to pay the entire amount to the Agency less than 7 days. The date changes made by the consumer are subject to cancellation.
C- In the case of cancellation / transfer of the discounted service, the consumer agrees and undertakes to pay 50% of the service fee up to 7 days before the start of the service and to pay the entire service fee to the Agency after 7 days.
D-In case of cancellations up to 60 days before the commencement of the service, the customer shall be reimbursed the full amount paid until that time. If the consumer cancels the contract 59-31 days prior to the commencement of the trip, 50% of the cost of the trip will be 25%, 30-15 days prior to the cancellation of the contract. In less than 7 days, it agrees and undertakes to pay the entire amount to the Agency.
E-Consumer’s, his or his first-degree relatives’ 10-day habitual obstacles to the usual work or death of the official board report to be taken from a full-fledged state hospital and the written presentation before the commencement of the service, is the exception of the cancellation / transfer items.
3- The consumer may transfer the tour to the person he / she wishes until 7 days before the start of the service. The transferee is responsible for all expenses arising from the balance and transfer. The consumer is obliged to submit all cancellation / transfer requests in writing to the agent before the beginning of the service.
4- If the consumer does not notify in writing that he / she will participate in the service he has missed; The agent has the right to cancel all reservations and services made on behalf of the consumer after 24 hours. No refund is made to the consumer in such cancellations.
5- In cases when deemed necessary, the Agency may cancel the tours which are declared or recorded by the Consumer, partially or completely, before the commencement of the service. During the same period or service, the agency can change the names of the hotels within the scope of the service, the means of transportation and their places of movement, and the order of visits of the places indicated in the program and shown as places to visit. If the consumer does not accept these changes and cancellations for justified reasons, he / she has the right to cancel the reservation and to refund the services that are not consumed.
III- GENERAL PROVISIONS
1- All kinds of responsibility regarding the baggage and its contents belong to the owner. The consumer is obliged to comply with the laws and practices to which the vehicle and the facility to which he / she will be traveling are subject.
2- In case of loss or damage of baggage caused by the supplier’s severe defect; If the consumer regulates loss or damage AMOUNT, 1/2 of the part of the total cost of the trip, which is within the total cost of the trip, regardless of the material and spiritual value of the goods contained in the baggage, shall be paid by the Agency as the owner is paid to the consumer. The Agency shall be liable for the loss, damage and theft of the goods delivered to it in written form and with the value of the transportation.
3- VISA TRANSACTIONS and SERVICES are not included in the purchased service.
4- The agency is responsible for reasons other than the cases arising from the responsibility of the consumer and the personal responsibilities of the third persons after the commencement of the service to which he undertakes his commitment. it may also compensate for additional and / or alternative arrangements that are not included in the price and provided to the consumer during service. The fact that the additional or substitution services are taken or consumed by the consumer eliminates the consumer’s compensation and compensation rights.
5-Consumer, guide, facility, agency and transport vehicle authorities will comply with the rules stated about the service purchased, the 3rd person will respect the lives, goods and well-being, otherwise it can not justify the service and accepts the right to return.
6- In case the customer terminates the reservation with the bet as the service performed is defective, he / she has to notify the agent and the reasons of the termination of his stay in writing. Otherwise, the service is deemed to have received and used.
7- Notification of the issues that the consumer complains to the Agency in writing during the performance of the service.
8- The consumer (s) who does not have a signature on the contract, but who participates in the service under the contract, shall be deemed to have accepted and signed the contract with the consumer (s) they have assigned to register on their own behalf by signing and signing this contract. The right to recourse to other consumers is reserved for the collection of the excess amount or service fee that the Agency has paid to the consumer (s) who has signed the contract.
